How long does it take to build a website?

Most websites are delivered within 5 to 7 business days. Complex projects with custom features may take up to 14 days. We give you a clear timeline before we start and send updates every 2 days.

Do I need to pay everything upfront?

No. We require a 50% deposit to begin work. The remaining 50% is due when we deliver the final product. For bank transfers, pay to Providus Bank, 1309802104, Donmican Technology Ltd.

Can I pay online with my card?

Yes. We accept card payments via Flutterwave. Click any "Pay" button on our pricing page, enter your details, and you will receive a confirmation email instantly. You can pay the full amount or just the 50% deposit.

What if I want changes after delivery?

Starter plans include 3 rounds of revisions during the build phase. Growth and Premium plans include unlimited revisions during the build phase. After delivery, all plans include free minor tweaks for 30 days. Growth plan clients get 90 days of support. For ongoing changes, our monthly retainer is ₦30,000 to ₦50,000.

Is Donmican a registered company?

Yes. Donmican Technology Ltd is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria under RC Number 8773490. We are a private company limited by shares, incorporated on September 1, 2025.

Does the price include a domain name?

The Starter plan does not include a domain — you will need to purchase one separately or use a free subdomain. The Growth plan includes 1 year of a .com or .ng domain. The Premium plan includes 2 years. Professional email addresses are included with Growth (1) and Premium (5) plans.

Project Agreement — Standard Terms

1. Scope of Work

The specific deliverables, timeline, and pricing will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties before commencement. This agreement governs all SOWs issued under it.

2. Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence work. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery and client approval. Payments may be made via bank transfer (Providus Bank 1309802104) or card through Flutterwave. Late payments may incur a 5% weekly penalty.

3. Revisions

Starter plans include 3 rounds of revisions during the build phase. Growth and Premium plans include unlimited revisions during the build phase. All plans include 30 days of free minor post-delivery tweaks. Additional changes beyond this period are billable at our standard hourly rate or via monthly retainer.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of all final designs, code, and assets is transferred to the client. Donmican Technology Ltd retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

5. Timeline & Delays

Standard delivery is 7–14 business days depending on scope. Delays caused by late client feedback, missing assets, or scope changes will extend the timeline proportionally. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party services (domain registrars, hosting providers).

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days written notice. If terminated by the client after work has commenced, the deposit is forfeited. If terminated by Donmican Technology Ltd, a proportional refund of the deposit will be issued based on work completed.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, business strategies, and project details confidential. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Donmican Technology Ltd's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, mediation in Lagos State shall follow.

When you use our contact form, project brief wizard, or payment system, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and payment details. We only collect information necessary to deliver our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures. Payment processing is handled securely by Flutterwave. We do not store your card details on our servers. All form submissions are processed via Formspree encrypted channels.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Flutterwave for payments, Formspree for contact forms, Tawk.to for live chat, and Cloudflare for hosting. These services have their own privacy policies and comply with international data protection standards.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@donmican.com or via WhatsApp at 0705 731 4892.

Donmican Technology Ltd provides web design, brand identity, WhatsApp Business setup, and related digital services. All projects are scoped and agreed upon in writing (including WhatsApp correspondence) before work begins.

2. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to commence work. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery. Payments can be made via bank transfer (Providus Bank 1309802104) or card through Flutterwave. All fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦).

3. Revisions & Delivery

Starter plans include 3 rounds of revisions during the build phase. Growth and Premium plans include unlimited revisions during the build phase. Delivery timelines are estimated at 7–14 business days depending on project scope. Delays caused by late client feedback or asset delivery may extend the timeline.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final design and code is transferred to the client. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope, a proportional refund may be issued at our discretion. No refunds are issued for change-of-mind after delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

Donmican Technology Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or mediation in Lagos State.
